About Us
Despite the negative publicity surrounding today's professional athletes and public figures about their involvement (or lack thereof) in the community, PSCC has first hand knowledge that the vast majority of these men and women have an interest in helping people, particularly in their old neighborhoods.  However with the incredible demands of their practice, work, and appearance schedules, there is little time for them to fully develop and implement their own personal community programs beyond a simple charity basketball game, summer sports camp, or CD release party.  Too often, the extent of their individual community participation becomes limited to whatever their team, league, or industry designs.  If they are lucky, some of them have agents, financial gurus, or personal assistants that may steer them towards certain causes or institutions.  But how many of these activities that they lend their names and status to are for the direct benefit of the people from their neighborhoods and community?

Led by by Julani Ghana, PSCC offers over 20 years of highly successful experience in the athletic, educational, and non-profit community service industries.  Having served previously as the Manager of Community Relations for the Philadelphia 76ers, Julani brings his professional sports and entertainment knowledge and well as his community organizing skills to PSCC clients and staff.  His work with various professional athletes, public figures, and entertainers provides the perfect background for the PSCC project.

A former college and professional athlete, coach, teacher, university administrator, fundraiser, and community organizer, Julani also brings his personal leadership and vision to the mission of PSCC.  He fields a strong team of highly skilled community organizers and representatives that supply outstanding service and support to the client.
